Head of Sales – High Volume Pre-Sale | Gold’s Gym Camden
Be the driving force behind one of the biggest fitness launches in Sydney.
This is more than a sales role. It’s your chance to be the first hire in a landmark 2,300m² club, shape a high-performing sales culture, and lay the foundation for your own progression into General Management as Gold's expand across Sydney.
About the Role As Head of Sales, you’ll take full ownership of:
- Leading the pre-sales campaign to hit ambitious membership targets before opening
- Building local brand awareness through events, partnerships & activations
- Recruiting and leading a high-energy sales team
- Managing performance metrics, KPIs and reporting directly to the Franchise Owner
- Creating a launch culture that reflects the Gold’s Gym legacy—strong, bold, high-energy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in high-volume fitness, leisure, or health club sales
- Background in pre-sales or new club launches strongly preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure
- Commercial mindset with strong CRM, data, and conversion skills
- Natural leadership qualities—resilient, confident, people-driven
- Local knowledge of Camden and surrounding areas a bonus
